Hi All,
Can anyone please shed any light on this for us?
I seemed to have opened a can of worms this evening looking into my credit file.
On all 3 credit reference agaencies (call credit(noddle),equifax and experian) our IVA is showing as 'discharged' as of 8/8/2011.
we are still in our IVA and the 5 years are not up until 2-10-14.
We have had an annual review since this 'discharge' date and our I.P has not mentioned anything to us in relation to this.
Does anyone know why this might have happened?
Also, on the insolvency register are reference is now showing as 'null' when I know it used to have a ref number.
My main concern is that the date of commencement may be re-set or something? At the moment it is still showing as the original start date 2-10-09.
Has this happened to anyone else or can any experts please shed any light on this?
We have not breached our IVA to date nor have we done a f&f. We are still making our payments into the IVA at the agreed rate.
An IVA is a long hard road but valuable lessons have been learnt along the way. Now looking forward to enjoying a debt free future!

Hi
I have no idea on this one but must say that it seems very strange to me.
Hopefully one of the experts may be able to advise but I expect that you should contact your IP as soon as possible to find out why your IVA is being shown as discharged on your credit files.
IVA Official Completed 27th July 2012!!!

Thanks Stormsylv,
I am really worried about this and a bit frightened to ask them about it!
I know we have done nothing wrong whilst in our IVA and discussed any changes with our I.P.
Seem really starnge that this has been done over a year ago and nothing has ever been communicated to us.
as I said in my original post we have paying our IVA every month at the agreed rate of £474 a month.
Really worried about this now!

Hi Christabelle, i'm afraid that i can't shed any light on this either, i think the fact you are still paying and haven't heard anything from your IP, then presumably everything is as it should be. I'd make a phone call today and ask the question, xxxx
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
