discharged from bankruptcy able to set up ltd co ?

ive been discharged from bankruptcy for 3 years and is due to come of my credit file april 09 im wondering if im able to set up a limted company now or do i have to wait untill the bankruptcy is removed from my credit file thanks

You can set up a new limited company at any time from the date you are discharged from bankruptcy, so go ahead.
