I have been checking my credit report on annualcreditreports site. I am on an IVA and have been paying for a year and its suppossed to be for 5 years but how come my report would say i am being discharged on 2nd April 2008? I have marked out my name and address details but all the other details are below

order type: Individual Voluntary Arrangement
order date: 2nd April 2007
reference: ******
name: *******
address: ****
court name: ****
status: Active
discharge date: 2nd April 2008

Hi
That is a strange one.
Can't give you an answer I'm afraid but I'm sure that one of our IPs can advise. It could just be an input error

This seems very odd doesn't. As Andy says, it looks as if it may have been an input error and someone has confused it with bankruptcy?

I've got all sorts of problems with mine. According to Call Credit (who sell information to Annual Credit Report) I'm bankrupt twice and I'm still in an IVA!

Something is very wrong here. The data you have supplied would indeed appear to refer to a bankruptcy - an IVA entry would not have any reference to discharge date.

Check the source. go to http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/bankruptcy ... search.htm and check the entry for yourself.

Looks like finger trouble at the credit referencing agency - and you will need to take this up with them directly.
