Disassociation

Hi All

I received a letter at my home address (not my ex matrimonial home) today from a debt collection agency for my ex-husband. I phoned them and told them that we were divorced and that he didn't live at my address and the girl told me that they had done a search and because he was no longer at his old address, they had obviously linked him to me at my new address. She said that I needed to disassociate myself from him with the credit reference agencies to avoid me getting any further correspondence from debt collection agencies about his debts. I know this has been posted here before but does anyone have the addresses for Experian, Equifax and the other one (can't remember what its called!). Also, does anyone have a standard letter or some wording that I can use to so disassociate myself from him. I am going to send them a certified copy of my Decree Absolute for proof.
