Hi Melanie, the company I am using is Tenon.

I had a lenghty proposal document which had all the court details and lenghty detailed expenditures

They cheques, to my knowegde have not been cashed.

I think Im just going through mid IVA blues at the moment. I've been in the IVA for just under two years, and to be honest it dosn't seem that long. I guess I just wasn't sure what to really expect. It's not untill you live through an experience like this, that you really begin to understand it.

I agree and putting together proposals for impoverished debtor's does take it's toll in seeing the stress, misery and situations that people get themselves into. As long as a debtor realises his position and faces up to it a solution can nearly always be found. It is hard 5 years of scrimping and saving and living frugally - but in the end it is worth it - see what posters have said once they have completed the sentence!
