I have emailed you Judith - balance my catalogue is £180 - I had no balance at all in November 2013 and my scheduled end of IVA was Septembers _ I had no catalogue purchases at that time but I bought a Dyson Small vacuum hand held as I cannot manage a big cleaner due to weight (it's weight not mine!!) as I have balance issues and I wanted to do as much as I can...[V] I then bought a coffee machine for a Xmas pressie - again I will stress that I didn't even think that my catalogue was "Credit" I had it since 1999 so I didn't think it was considered new credit and had NO IDEA it was in contravention of my arrangement - I have stuck to this for 5 years as per the agreement a d this was in the six months after my original IVA end date

Lulu, I asked for a reassessment in and I filled in the outgoings (the obliged increase of just under 10% fromn previous year ) of my account at that time which showed that I had nothing available to pay and that the IVA had left me in negative but the DFD adviser told me that they would still be using my original outgoings as that was what I had signed up to and not the increased outgoings !!! - and that was then end of that.. I protested that the outgoings heating gas electricity bills car costs etc had increased but this was made clear NOT TO BE NeGOTIABLE
