I just wanted to say a quick thank you to DFD's Account Management Team.

I won't bother you with details but needless to say we've had a rough few months and were struggling. However the wonderful Supervisor of the Account Management Team at DFD immediately came up with a solution that was over and above what I'd hoped for and for that I would like to sing their praises!

Fingers crossed we are now back on track again and I'm really hoping for a smooth last couple of years.

In the meantime it's really good to know that there is such a friendly helpful team at DFD and I thank them sincerely.

I know this is a vague post but I think too often in life we only hear the negative and I wanted to be sure to give credit where credit is due [:)][:I]

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

I think it's a lovely post for DFD, it's all too easy to complain but I'm sure they'll be pleased to read a positive post too and appreciate you taking the time to post.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
