I will email you Matt thanks..Good luck Lostgirl, your doing your best to get the Maximum return to the creditors (like myself) I understand from the other side of the fence that there is often PPI from years ago but I am personally going through everything with a fine tooth comb including old accounts from years ago. I will explain all this when I send the evidence in. Once I have made my final payment in March, as far as I am concerned I will have kept my end of the deal and done all I can..I will have paid around 90% plus fee's and it would not have been that much had I allowed EIF to take chunks out of this..
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.

Have you provided a copy of your current credit file to the claims management company, as this will list all of the debts you have ever had - whether they were paid off in full prior to you entering into the IVA, and this gives a good starting point to their ongoing investigations.

Hi Melanie,

I was under the impression that debts were only kept on your credit file for 6yrs?

I've made claims on debts included in my IVA and others that were not. I have claimed on every debt I can think of even going back some 10yrs prior to my IVA starting. This does not seem to satisfy DFD and they are still pushing EIF to get involved.

What else can I do to prove to DFD that I am conducting a full investigation of all potential PPI claims?

Just to update and amend my original post on this subject. I had a phonecall with DFD today about an entirely different matter and happened to enquire where this promised package was as I have not yet received it as promised.

Turns out DFD have instructed EIF to contact clients to push the proposal of a deed of assignment and signing up to EIF. So, it was in fact a simpleton from EIF that rang me and not a DFD employee. Thing is when I answered the phone she told me she was calling from DFD and then took me through security before launching into her script. The chap at DFD on the phone today was adamant it was an EIF employee. Strikes me as a little bit naughty posing as a member of another company and then asking for security details. This is also possibly why she did not have a clue when I asked her to explain the proposal in detail and asked questions about my IVA. If this is the case then EIF have sunk to new levels of low and DFD should be even more ashamed they are in bed with them.

Word of advice to other DFD'ers is that should you get one of these random calls please insist the caller clarifies which company they are employed by and why they are calling (and on who's authority)before going through security questions. This whole relationship DFD have with EIF gets dirtier and dirtier by the day.

Shocking practice.
