Hi Mark.q - welcome to the forum - hopefully by now you have seen you've come to the right place for help and support.

Where to go from here?...definitely not Beachy Head - that won't do anyone any good and money messes are far more easiliy solved than you think.

So onto other options....as the others say, speak to a couple of companies and have a chat about the options that there are and how each one will affect you. You will be under no obligation and will definitely feel better than it sounds you do at the moment.

Keep us posted how you get on.

Mark, I was where you are 4 months ago, could only see one way out.
I got help frist my doctor, which got me over think the way I was.
Then looked into what I could do about me debts, talk with some iva experts.
Now in a iva just one payment a month for 5/6 years.
Its not a eacy road to take but there is light at the end.
just 4 months on my life is great again. it could be for you too.
IVA now over with and it was worth it.
now starting my life again,

The very worst part of the process of getting help is that - getting help in the first place. Once you have put your foot over the door, it is unlikely that you will look back as you will have qualified professionals who are used to dealing with cases like yours every single day of every single week.

I have seen clients of mine on the brink of absolute despair, turn into pillars of strength in the knowledge that they made the first move and accepted help. Some of them even still post on the forum - so take the plunge, and trust me it is not anything like as bad as that little gremlin in your head is telling you!
