Hi my daughter who is 10 has an account with the Halifax which needs two signatures to access funds. If I put my contingency funds in here as it keeps it safe and I am less likely to use it for other things does anyone know if this would be ok, or do I need to show daughters bank book to creditors or IP's when I have reviews. At the moment there is nothing in there as she has just bought herself a lap top - any advice appreciated thanks Cathy [:)]

Sorry meant to say one of my creditors is Halifax who I owe about £2700 as I had a credit card with them. Dont just want to start putting money into her account and then it be taking off us.

It is accpetable for to use this account for your contingency monies, so long as this works for you.
