As frustrating, in the extreme, that this is ... it's still not a "No" ! Where there's a vote, there's a hope!

Hang in there.

This seems strange. Either your IVA was rejected or it was accepted. You adjourn to negotiate with the creditor who rejected and to answer any queries they have raised.

Why has your IVA been rejected and what has been done since to turn this around?

I think it's a case that a creditor, with the weight to swing the vote, hasn't voted and the IP is trying to get them to the table with, hopefully, a deciding "yes" vote. (Of course I could very well be talking my usual hot air :0) )

If they don't vote they are bound. If they have requested an adjournment to have more time to consider the proposal that is one thing but normally if that is the case they will reject just in case the IP sticks the IVA through.

It seems strange that Loko does not really know what is going on.

So sorry you didn't get the news you were wanting but hopefully your IP will get you there in the end. How long is the adjournment this time?
I just can't get my head round creditors not voting or voting no - it just doesn't make sense when people are putting their best proposal forward.
Try and have a good weekend x

I wonder what details they want? They will surely have been informed by Payplan about everything they need to know.

lokopaul - can I ask that you don't edit posts once someone has replied to them? It makes the thread hard to read and is against the forum etiquette.

Sorry to be a pain!

No worries - it just makes it difficult to see what has been posted since.

There is no problem with your text speak - I think we can all understand it!
