Jan, orange we've tried everything, but they are persistant and you won't believe it but when I told MBNA that hubby wasn't in the woman in the call centre actually started discussing my husband's account with me - she went into the whole thing (the fact that he has three acounts with MBNA) and that they hadn't heard anything about his IVA blah blah blah and all she wanted was a token payment. I have contacted our IP company and they should be dealing with it now, but yes I am beginning to get less patient with these calls and not so polite, and I think it was very wrong of that lady to discuss my husbands accounts with me.

You are absolutely right Simbel - and I am sure your IP will have something to say about this practice if you give him a call!

They certainly shouldn't be discussing your hubby's account with anyone but him!

If they try it again, get a name and then write to head office and lodge a complaint.
