Good luck to you both today, it wont be an easy one. But worthwhile when you get that long awaited phonecall to say you've been accepted. The relief is immense. Keep us posted. x

I have been waiting on Tom coming back with a few answers. The upshot is my proposal has more or less been accepted with a few modifications on the expenditure.
However, my wifes IVA (bearing in mind this is an interlocking IVA), as not been voted on. The 2 joint creditors who are voting on my wifes IVA (First Direct & GE Money), have both failed to vote.
Although First Direct voted yes for my proposal, they have not voted for my wifes proposal. GE Money have not voted for either proposal.
So what does this mean?
Well basically the meeting is now adjourned until Monday, when hopefully Tom will have info back from TIX in respect of FD & GE votes for my wifes proposal.
So I will update once I have heard something back come Monday morning.
Sounds good and I am sure Tina will be able to track down the missing vote for your wife. Given that First Direct have accepted yours they will not reject your wife's. This does happen occasionally but there is nothing to be concerned about.
I spoke to my wife during her lunch break, and she is slightly concerned.
Me; well feet up waiting for Portugal & Brazil game to begin[:)]
