current iva company is now refusing to listen

hi iam currently in a iva but over the last six months circumstances in my life have changed i now have a new baby and i am currently earning less money due to long term sick resulting in me losing 130 pound per week both me and the wife will be going part time in our jobs and will lose around 200 per week in wages my current iva company is now refusing to listen to us what can i do

Hi e177 and welcome to the forum

You need to explain to your IP that you have had a change in circumstances, and that you cannot continue to maintain payments at the current level. It may be possible to reduce your payments, but it is likely that this could only be done by holding a variation meeting and you would still need to be offering a viable proposal to your creditors.
