my main creditors are RBS,TESCO,Halifax and LITTLEWOODS. does anyone have any experience of these creditors/ i was wondering how my proposal to them might go.

Littlewoods did not vote when it was my creditors meeting, I owed them 1500 pounds.

They are generally receptive so long as the best dividend is being put forward.

HI C.J,

What is your proposed dividend, or debt level and contributions.

As Melanie says these creditors are supportive towards IVA's and if you are making a good proposal no reason why they should reject.

hi - littlwoods, rbs and halifax all voted yes at our creditors meeting on 28th april! tesco finance werent one of our creditors!

we got accepted at 30p in the £1 - good luck hope it goes well for you
