Some of my creditors still send me letters demanding payment, even though I have had an IVA for 12 months. I was under the impression they were not allowed to do this. Have I a claim for damages?

Hi Sam

I should get in touch with your IP and ask them to contact these creditors to officially inform them of your IVA.

Generally it's simply left hand and right hand.

You won't have any claim, after all because of your IVA there is nothing the creditors can do, which I assume you already know [:)] Send the letters to the Supervisor for action.
