You can always withdraw the current IVA proposals, give yourself time to think things through, and represent at a later stage.

I'm not sure I could withdraw the proposal now.
Having not paid the creditors for 2 months now coupled with the fee I paid the debt management company my debt is worse than ever and to be honest the stress is getting to me.
I really want a conclusion whether that be the creditors changing they're minds or bankruptcy.
Having read the forum back to front its clear to me how valuable your advice is to people . You must read every post . Do you ever sleep ?
Thanks again

I grab around 5 hours each day and that seems to be enough. But I have just got two Jack Russell puppies, and they are keeping me very busy - so sleep is something that I am learning to treasure right now.

It's like having babies Mel! Don't know if I could do puppies now!

At least babies wear nappies and don't rip things apart when you take your eye off them.

Also you can lock puppies in another room and let them cry when you need 40 winks.
1st call 3rd Nov 2010.
Creditors meeting 21st Feb 2011.
IVA approved 22nd Feb 2011.
Will all be over 21st Feb 2016.
