Less than three hours to go. If it is a negative result, can I immediately look at starting bankruptcy (eternal pessimist me)?

I'm just wondering if the current financial climate is altering the decision making in any way.

A major advantage with an IVA is that if rejected you are committted to nothing. You can resubmit the proposal, enter a DMP, petition for bankruptcy or do nothing at all.

If there had been problems by now I am sure your IP would have contacted you to address the queries and hopefully your case manager is sitting on a bunch of acceptances already. Let us know when the meeting is over but if you are really concerned, give your case manager a quick buzz for an update.

If it is rejected (which is unlikely) then there will be a 14 day adjournment period during which time your IP will try to establish the creditors reasons for rejection and to see if they can be addressed.

Happy birthday for yesterday! Get that champagne on ice - I'm sure you'll be raising a glass or two later.
