Thanks Niobe!

Great news
Johndylan:I wish the best of luck to you and your wife on the 23rd January! Like you I have joint debts with my husband and my own individual debts. I believe that because they are 2 interlocking IVA the creditors will get to see both. My proposal says "my husband xxxx is also proposing an IVA which is mutually dependent on the success of my own". So we propose that both our personal and joint creditors will rank equally for dividend from our joint contributions. Thats the way I understand our IVAs works. Yours may be different Johndylan, I sugest you read the copies of your proposals that Melanie send you for your safekeeping.I am sure you will be ok on the 23rd!

Good Luck Lulu - im just finalizing a few things, and have had to put a hold on things over the past 2 weeks as my grandad passed away - trying to get back to normality now though.

Marc hadn't toldc me of your sad news Spanna. We have been up to our eyes in it since the Xmnas break and barely have had time to drink our tea let alone catch up with news.

I am so sorry and do take your time to think through the issues we have highlighted to you. When you are ready to move, we will be firmly there for you.

All our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Thanks a lot guys! I have been very calm up to this week but the last few days I am feeling very nervous and anxious about the creditors meeting tomorrow. Im not sure if I will be able to sleep tonight! I know we are in safe hands with Mel and her team but I just cant help feeling this way at the moment.
