Well, on Thursday morning my creditors will decide my fate, so fingers crossed they will agree to the IVA, I'm offering 100p in the pound so I'm hopefull of a favourable outcome.
Melanie and her team have been brilliant throughout this whole process, and whatever the outcome of the meeting, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Hi a great return to creditors couldn't get any better and I too would be hopeful of a favourable outcome. I'm with Melanie too and also recommend her and her team highly.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Kaza100 how long did it take you IP to have your creditors meeting date set? Mine seem to be taking ages.

If you cant share your profits, do not tell me your looses. Period!

Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA
