Hi melanie - I am still awaiting an outcome on my adjourment meeting today. The meeting was scheduled for 10.00am and my IP has said she is still chasing NR for a decision as they haven't confirmed either way. Should they have got back to my IP by 10.00am or is there a bit more leniance on the time in an adjournment - I guess they have to come back at some point today, what happens if they don't?

hope its good news for you weston! just another question,NR rejected mine coz one of the loans i took out with them is only 12 months so they said unsufficient funds have been paid towards it,the loan was only for 4k and i was wondering what if my partner paid this loan off for me would i be able to still try for an IVA?

Hello all - not good news I'm afraid, just heard and NR won't budge - they still feel I can make token payments outside of an IVA - for the next 20 years !!!.......need some thinking time but can some one let me know how I start the bankruptcy process if thats what I decide to do - thanks
