Creditors meeting 26/6/ approved 35p in the pound

Hi All

Been reading all your comments over the past few months but staying in the background. I am 56K in debt and have my creditors meeting on the 26th at 1pm. I have taken all your advice and wish to thank you all i thought i was alone till i found this site i will let you all know the outcome funny MBNA have sent two nice letters this week and one nasty one today pending legal action, barclaycard have asked me to return my cards today and send a copy of the IVA/BR when i have it has anyone come across this what does it mean???

It sounds like your creditors are just responding to the notice of the creditors meeting.It,s all standard and there is nothing to read into it.
Can I ask what dividend you are proposing ?

Hi Andy,

Well the IP has put forward an offer of 35% to my creditors this includes my available £150.00 per month and 75% equity in my home aprrox 19.5K

Just have to see what happens
