Well wish us luck......the day is nearly here and tomorrow we will know our fate. Dont expect to sleep much tonight...if at all!!!! We have both taken the day off so we can sit by the phone. Our dividend is low but that is our best offer and we are now in the hands of our creditors. We will have no other option but to go BR if our IVA is not accepted but with no equity in our property at least we will keep the house. Will let you all know how it goes.
Gosh.....life is so much easier!

hi pog, good luck for tomorrow, try and get some rest tonight as you'll hopefully need your energy for a celebration tomorrow. I'll look out for your post.

Thanks so much Lesley we have been waiting for this day since the begining of July and we are trying to be matter of fact about it all but it is hard. The weird thing is that our fate has already been decided by creditors just that we won't know until tomorrow. We have Susan Clay as our I/P and have every faith that our proposal is realistic.

I'm feel confident that Susan has put the best proposal forward and it won't be long before you know. I sincerely hope it's accepted for you and you'll then be on your debt free journey.

Good luck for today xxx Your dividend is round about what ours will be, so I'm really rooting for you and waiting with anticipation for news of your outcome. xxx

ACCEPTED!!!!!! Oh my god what a huge relief. £430 per month (21p in the £) There have been a few modifications mainly to fees and they just want confirmation that we are only contributing the minimum amount into our pensions. Thank you all for your support and advice throughout the past few months your all very wonderful. Good luck to those of you that have just started your journey. We are now off to celebrate which may just involve a little alcohol!!!!

Bit early in the day, even for me, but maybe a nice lunch is in order.

Well done to all concerned.
