Hi Jane - this is pretty normal at the start of an IVA as it takes several weeks to filter through to each department etc. However, I always send on any letters whether they are statements or from debt collection agencies to my IP and they deal with them. Main thing is not to worry x

Don't worry, it does sometimes happen.

If it persists then get your ip to deal with it.

I would ignore them but if they ring, tell them your IVA has been accepted with their debt included and refer them to the Insolvency register. Some take longer to stop the calls/letters but hopefully the information will filter through very soon and leave you in peace. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

If anything is dated after your IVA was approved, it's irrelevant as they should not be contacting you during the course of your IVA x
Final payment 1st April 2016.
Completion Certificate received 19th May 2016.

yes they are all dated after the iva was accepted which was 30th august, the letters are dated from 8th september onwards.

It's annoying more than anything else.

I absolutely agree with what has already been said. It does take a while for the message to get through to all of your creditors that your IVA has been approved. This means that they may continue to send you collection letters for some time. If it persists definitely get onto your IP. They can call the creditors for you and insist that they update their systems.

Hi
Once you are in the IVA you are ok dont worry about it : ) Any issues just contact your IVA Company to deal with them thats why you are paying them a monthly fee to sort things out and advise you as you go along
These are just letters that are automated to send off and they need somebody to go through there database at some point to take you off there list of annoying people
Most lilely that persons been on holiday
Not to worry ok keep your head down and concentrate on getting to your first year : )
