My question is that when you do a full and final and say all creditors accept can they then proceed to take you to court for the outstanding balance. I seem to recall Melanie said she had a client that this happened to. Just want to clarify.

I thought that as soon as your IVA was completed. by whatever means, that all debts were written off and you could not be taken to court for them.

Otherwise, surely there is no point in finishing one early?

I am not clear where you get that from Butterflies, once creditors have agreed the deal they cannot renage on that - and this would not have been something I would have said.
