can someone tell me how an iva is excepted by creditors,im a newbie on here

hi and welcome to the forum. You will appoint an IP to work with you and a meeting of your creditors will be called in the hope they vote positively.
www.iva.com lists some companies, it's always worth talking to 2 or 3 to gain case specific advice. The IVA can be discussed in detail as can other debt solutions.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
