I was so nervous of ringing. I offered the f&f and the lady I spoke to was so helpful I could have cried. Thanks MrsR for the recommendation. They are going to put forward my offer in May and fingers crossed all will go well. I was so relieved after we spoke. Nothing was too much trouble. A great calming conversation. I felt like a person not just a number. My sincere thanks to Creditfix

I would say, from limited experience of them, that the way they run an IVA is very customer focused, but they need to live down the complete mess they made of the take on of other firms cases, and stepping up to the plate and explaining themselves would have gone a long way !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
