Riding the Storm, how do we know it was't her fault? Being an adult and having worked in business for many a year, I realise that businesses are not charities. YOu work on your reputation and sell it on for the biggest profit you can.

Once sold, you don't have to give a fig any more. You have got what you wanted from your sale and business and ethics just do NOT go together which is why the ethical businesses either fail or remain as small businesses.

I dont know what went on with Mel but as a consumer, to me, watching my case get sold on and then realising that the company is taking on new clients; well that doesn't inspire confidence.

Business is business, it doesn't matter who likes or doesn't like what at the end of the day the business moves on for the sole benefit of the proprietor.

Wish I hadn't fallen for it though.

ps at least we have people like Michael, Andy and Foggy plus the others taht watch out for us and give us advice here. They are more than worth their weight in gold. Michael, Creditfix were the subject of some scrutiny a while back to which Mel gave some replies. I feel like I am on Star Wars "you are our only hope, Michael, Andy, Foggy et al"

Ivamess I understand completely what your saying and dont get me wrong, I am just as annoyed as everybody else is on here in regards to being sold down the river and especially as we had correspondence claiming that CF had the same work ethic as PJG !! and clearly that's untrue !!, but we all need to move on a little and focus our efforts on CF and not on something we had no control over.

I have been through a takeover at work this year it has been just as traumatic but I know the previous owner was devastated that things were difficult for the staff after he sold. it has taken 6 months to sort it out and actually the new company seem fine just a much bigger company so it takes longer to sort anything, I can see the similarities with creditfix I really hope these are teething problems and it will smooth out. I just find the mouthing of PJG wearing and a bit mean. Michael knows Mel and has stated on here Of Mels sadness it hasn't been easy for us. We trust him on everything else so I choose to believe him on this too! I really hope we ALL get our issues sorted eventually

Apologies for previous post and I would like to explain something.

I have Asperger's syndrome together with severe anxiety and depression to the extent that it has severe ramifications on what I can and cannot do and I have to take quite a few medicines. Because of these things I find it hard to see problems from different points of view and it hurts that we were transferred pretty much straight away after the IVA was set up. If I trust someone (PJG) then to me selling on is a betrayal of trust; that is my mental condition. Especially as I explained about my mental health issues when the IVA was set up.

I don't do change well, it is part of my condition and I am also naturally suspicious of people. Asperger's syndrome also means that it is extra difficult to cope with this situation.

Unfortunately with a forum like this I guess you do get weirdos like me from time to time.

I just wish that there was more consideration within the industry for those of us who have problems like this and declared them at the start of our IVAs especially now knowing that others were not transferred. I can bet that CF don't particularly give a stuff about these things, whereas I felt that PJG did.

I hope fellow forum members can understand and accept my apology.

Ivamess I have no idea what you are apologising for as you have said very little out of order and have said nice things about myself, Foggy and Andy [greatly appreciated].

The very nature of this type of forum is to allow people to vent their angers and frustrations while also receiving support and advice. I can fully understand your concerns and how you feel let down but if there is anything we can do on this forum or offline please let any of us know.

Hopefully CF will get through this with as little stress as possible but ultimately they cannot make you do anything that changes the agreement you had with PJG.

Like:

Rod in Jerry Maguire ( acting on behalf of a creditor at the creditors meeting ): "I wanna make sure you're ready, brother. Here it is: Show me the money. Oh-ho-ho! SHOW! ME! THE! MONEY!"

Or Dirty Harry (working in a variations team): "you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk? "
