Hi All I have posted the following details on 2 other threads after a long telephone conversation with credit fix earlier this evening which I won't bore you with. Sort code 83 07 06 Account code 10230546 using your IVA number/ surname as reference. By all means double check the above with credit fix first plus don't forget to cancel your existing standing order so you dont pay twice. Personally am not about to share my bank details with anyone which is exactly why a standing order gives you some control. Hope this helps an otherwise stressful time.

I don't understand why this is such a hassle? Details passed to a new banks... The wheel keeps on turning. End of. All the email says to me is it is in my interests to treat this with urgency and haste.

Anyway the IVA goes on as normal.

I was initially infuriated by this screaming red amateurish email but having slept on it I'm somewhat calmer.

Perhaps a case of bad planning at CF and they are panicking about a £180k bill. And maybe we're just feeling the brunt of that.

Anyway, when this red envelope arrives I will deal with mine immediately, as they ask. They may suffer from terrible communication skills in these en-masse emails but it does appear that when spoken to directly they are helpful and friendly.

I have no issues about changing bank details - it really isn't difficult to do and I don't give a fig about what bank handles my payment - who knows, the original bank charges might have been one of the reasons we had to be moved on.

Nancy was probably just the very young, inexperienced minion tasked with writing the email and told to make it urgent. So, not being too versed in customer services she did what she thought she should to.

Even if it did go into the junk box I am assuming the red envelope will drop onto the mat, I will log into the banking site and update a few numbers here and there and that will be that.

I am saving my energy for more important things.

Just spoken to a guy at CF he knew exactly what I was going to say before I said it!! He said they have been inundated with complaints.
He has given me the sort code 83-07-06 10230546 but advised I need to put the reference as IVA***** followed by my customer number I do not have a problem with switching accounts but surely putting IVA as the reference is going to flag this up with our bank?
Inter-locking IVA approved 25th Feb 2013 - F&F offer Accepted 06th July 2017 - Completion Certificate received 20th July 2017

I guess they might know already but I'm not sure I'd want to see it in black and white on statements. when in my IVA I lived and breathed it every day but some people prefer to just plod on. Oh dear I do empathise with everyone on this handover and hoping it really does get sorted very soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

We could ALL agree just to put the number and name on and leave off the IVA bit. It would be awfully hard for them to get everyone to change it

I agree, I don't see why the reference number must be prefaced with 'IVA'.

Credit Fix are managing to **** me right off.
