Hi all,

My full and Final was accepted and paid on 19th December- yay!

I was just wondering what your experience was with receiving completion certificates with them?

I’ve seen on here that they can be quite quick! How long did you guys have to wait?

Thank you!

Well done on that final payment -- let's hope the wait isn't too long.

Around 3 weeks for us - they seem to like getting people off their books asap.

Mine took about 9 months, it was the PPI back in them days (2014) that held things up. Seems quicker these days.

Excellent. Congratulations. Keep the email and a digital copy in a separate drive and keep the original hard copy, when it arrives, safely tucked away -- it's not an impressive bit of paper, but it is important !
