Well that's our 2nd review done I think!! A very different experience to my first review with PJG our review is due 25th Feb next week I sent everything off to them a few weeks a go along with a few emails to find out time scales as I have been suffering with my nerves and find all the anxiety too much.
They appear to have completely disregarded my I&E and have done their own version of it! reducing a number of the agreed allowances I had with PJG but adding extra bits on ie Satellite/cable health insurance she also increased our car insurance amount and queried my council tax seemed on the low side? she was going to increase this I said it is what it is that is the amount we pay. I am baffled to how things are working there to be honest they even took out our clothing allowance and added in £45 for smoking I am very confused.
However I had calculated our monthly payment to increase by £20.00 after the fudging of figures she has confirmed it is staying the same as last year.
I then went on to ask about uplift payments as both myself and husband earn regular bonus and shift allowances she seemed confused that I wanted to pay this monthly and told me this is something they usually dealt with on an annual basis but I believe this is how you could end up in a mess so I said I will stick to the terms in my contract and I will call them monthly to pay any extra over as I do not want a nasty shock at the end of the year.
I have found with Creditfix they sometimes seem reluctant to confirm things by email so I have since emailed her too query the I&E she replied to say its fine it all balances out a report will be sent when the review date is due.

I'm glad your review is complete (you think). I would not be happy about them adjusting my I&E, adding smoking of £45! Do I assume you don't smoke? I've always been on the undertanding the Income and expenditure form was to be as near to the penny you could as to what you actually spent.

I stopped smoking the day of our IVA meeting 25th Feb 2013 I have started again in Nov since the take over :( however I didn't add any allowance for this as I hope to get back off them, Don't get me wrong it was quite painless really and the lady I spoke to was polite but comparing my I&E to theirs it is completely different and has now left me worrying about next years I&E aaargghhh as what do I put down then? I am interested to see what our estimated dividend will show as on the report I am expecting they will reduce it with their fee's even though I have not agreed to CF T&C's

How come your review has been done early? Mine is now over a week past the anniversary and I have emailed twice and just been told to wait

Gosh. Did they add lottery stuff like they have on the I&E? Our I&E is a bit weird because of where we live so next month should be interesting to say the least.

they have lower allowances than the CCCS Guidelines ie schools meals on there is £50 CF it is £35 the food/household is lower, fuel, and there was a few other things but I pointed out these were agreed at our meetings so the extra has just been added to other categories, Like I say our copy of our accurate I&E quite different to theirs. I don't believe they send a copy of the I&e out to the creditors.

I questioned this I have also emailed saying some of these things we don't actually have and I have had a reply back to say the figures are fine so have filed the email and also saving the I&E we did just in case this comes back to bite me in anyway but on a positive note at least they haven't tried to screw every penny out of us.

The actual surplus income is still more or less the same as our I&E but it's just how they have presented the figures on the I&E and she just kept saying they have fixed allowances for certain things, It was quite informal compared to our 1st Review.

HarrysMummy, did you provide them with payslips and statements? If they say they only want 6 months statements how can they clarify the uplift if they do it on an annual basis? Have got mine in March. Also was there any query regarding savings? Hope it's all sorted for you for another year :)

I sent 6 months bank statements wage slips and the I&E I also sent the uplift spreadsheets for myself and my husband showing what we had paid each month to the penny.
No mention of our bank statements at all I gather they have been reviewed as last week she said they had to wait for my statements before she could review the I&E form.
I asked if I would receive the report she said this will be done from thee 25th Feb when it is our Anniversary. It was all very quick I was on the phone 10 minutes.

I am confused as to when reviews are being done and to be honest how they will work mine out at all
I had to send them the paperwork to explain the uplifts I have to do and I send them monthly they never agree/confirm them just say we have updated your file

The timing seems a bit here and there for their clients but what concerns me is the income and expenditure figur and how they just changed them.

Hoping an expert can comment on this too?
