I just want to wish you good luck if you are near the end just make sure you pay everything you owe and I hope it comes good after being in your IVA for so long although you should not have left these out of your original IVA proposal it is a stressful time and looks to me like you are almost there so keep going Oscar x

Thanks Oscar x. It has been stressful as I am sure it is for many.

I thought that I'd start to feel relieved but am obviously petrified that this mistake may cost me dearly.

In response to the previous question; I didn't include them for the reasons I stated in a previous post and no, my IP does not know.

Hi - you must tell your IP as soon as possible. If only for your own sanity. As I said previously, you won't be the first or the last to make a mistake in your IVA. Do have a couple of solutions in mind to offer your IP - perhaps the cards can be included and receive not further dividend, perhaps you can extend your iva by the amount equivalent to what you paid off the cards for the benefit of the prejudiced creditors. I don't know what's possible in this situation as only you, your IP and creditors can determine what will redress the imbalance and enable you to complete. It's not over til the fat lady sings!! Good luck and do let us know how you get on. x

You do need to speak to your IP about this Rachel. I'm sure there will be a solution for you.

No, I wouldn't have used them. As I stated in my original post, I do feel foolish for not including them. It was an oversight on my behalf and then once the IVA had been agreed I didn't want to risk endangering it.

Obviously in hindsight I realise that I probably already have.
Just carry on and please for balance ignore most of the tosh that has been given as a reply.
