Triton have written to me today saying they are taking court action over my MINT credit card debt, Egg have written to tell me they are currently investigating a charging order and looking at the land registry with respect to my property, I don't know how much more I can take.

I have called Triton and told them about our creditors meeting date but they just said they know nothing about it and tough basically.

I have faxed the letters through to Claire so hopefully they will deal with it but I can't take much more, just over a week to go to the meeting and I really don't know what we are going to do if this IVA is not approved[:(]

Lem, please do not worry! They will not have time to do anything before your meeting.

You're with Mel I think? Get in touch and they will sort this - they will either speak to Triton and Egg and if needs be they can take out an interim court order to stop any other action before your meeting.

Hand in there - your meeting will he here soon and you can forget about all of this hassle!

Hi lem, as Jan says try not to worry, I know it's not easy but I'm sure the best offer is on the table & you will be on your way to becoming debt free very soon.
Alliance & Leicester got really nasty with me & threatened court & would not listen to me or acknowledge the IVA process, they just want anything they can get out of you before hand.

Your meeting will soon be here & then you can put it behind u, hang on in there won't be long now x
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

They will not have time to do court action before your meeting.

Treat these letters with the contempt they deserve and forward it on to the IP.

You're nearly there now.

lem its not long to your meeting now, hang on in there.
like the others have said its very unlikely creditors are going to have time to do anything before your meeting.
i really feel for you and the stress you must be feeling at the moment.
it will be worth it in the end.

Contact Melanie and I'm sure that between her and her team they will sort this, your meeting is so close now too close for any action to be taken I would think. Mel I'm sure will be able to help you. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

lem. I know it is easier said than done but please try not to worry. Contact Melanies team, let them know what is happening but seriously, there is nothing that they can do in such a short space of time. Your IVA will soon be up and running. Hang in there. I know it's difficult but it will end soon enough! Keep the faith :) xx

Hi, I was in exactly the same if not slightly worse situation before my IVA.
I had a charging order against my property and threat of more court action.
My IVA is with Melanie's company and not only did they get the IVA approved they also manged to get the charging order revoked and all other legal proceeding stopped.
I can wholly understand how you feel, I was at, or past breaking point, but just a few months on, I can now answer my phone, open my post without the worry its a demand for legal action or a request for money.
Hang in there - it will be easier soon.

Regards.
Mike.
