Hi I previously had an IVA, but due to a number of issues I couldn't keep up with the repayments. I am now in a different situation, so could I start another IVA or are my creditors unlikely to accept another one?

Hi Emma

You can definately propose another IVA if your previous IVA has failed, but don't be suprised if creditors are a little sceptical and you will need to work harder to show them that you are able to commit again.

I have done this for several clients in the past, so long as the circumstances fit.
