I have only seen this and apologise for the delay in answering.

First of all we will not be requesting any further information from our clients once the final payment has been made irrespective of how long it takes to complete the file. Our IPs are of the opinion that the clients are not bound by overtime, bonus, commissions etc although there is still a question mark about windfalls.

In the unusual event that any of our clients receive a windfall after making their final payment but before we have closed the file we will call a variation meeting to have this excluded from the IVA. We do not believe that any client should be unfairly compromised as a result of completing their IVA at this time when the VAT and PPI issues have arisen.

We hope to have all these issues resolved quickly and we can all get back to normal but in the meantime we would like to apologise to any of our clients for the delays and inconvenience and thank you all for your patience.
