Completion over 1 1/2 years, can PPI still be taken ?

completion over 1 1/2 years today received a letter saying they have done a recheck and found ppi. can they take this money still

Probably, especially if you signed a deed of assignment. You need to check this with your former IP.

Yes subject to the assignment or if one was not put in place then subject to the outcome of the Wright v Green hearing, which I think is due in November.
