Completion Letter

I was wondering if someone could help as i'm currently at wits end tearing my hair out. I had an IVA with Blair Endersby and had a Full and final settlement approved in December 09. The money was sent across in January and i have been chasing a completion certificate for the last couple of months at which time being told that they are waiting to pay the creditors. I phones yesterday and found out that BE had no been taken over by Grant Thorton, I have phoned them and been told that my account is still being looked after by Blair Endersby in Manchester, and kindly gave me a number for them. I have tried calling them, but they will not speak to me or give me any information, GT don't hold any of my info as it is with the people who won't speak... What do i Do ????????????????????/

Identify you individual IP - and email them them direct , also mention to them the issues you seem to be having with communication. Hopefully they will be able to stir things up and get your IVA finished and closed.

Input Grant Thornton and try emailing one of the IP's from there. Someone will be able to assist you.
