Hi, I completed my payments in nov 2012 and was told by Kingsgate everything would be concluded within 3 months. I then received a letter in jan to say it was being extended by another 3 moths but no longer and it would all be concluded on 8th may. I have called them this week and they have extended by a further 28 days - how long ca this go on? I feel like they are covering something up when I call them and I want the completion certificate to pass on to the credit agencies and move on.

Hi, are they investigating ppi claims? This can be known to hold up completion certificates.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I was with kingsgate, i paid my last payment end of Jan13 and received my certificate last week, they had 3 months "housekeeping" then a further 28 days to send c.c i phoned twice to chase up and they told me they were on top of things and c.cs were being sent out quite quickly so i would keep ringing them good luck
