Nobody in my real life knows I've been in an IVA for over five years. I just had to share with someone that I've had my completion certificate in the post this morning. Freedom from debt at last!

And thanks to Nick Payne and all the staff at Payplan who managed to get this completed only four months after final payment, in spite of having chaos going on with PPI and VAT.

How can Payplan get a cc issued 4 months after final payment with this PPi fiasco going on. When GT can't do the same? Some of us are over a year after last payment when during the first 6 months of that IPs were accepting declarations re PPis to issue CCs.

Nick Payne and Payplan, any clues please?

payplan did a mass variation which in effect said that when you finnished your scheduled term in iva and everything was correct, they can issue completion certificates and deal with the ppi/vat after at there leisure.si in effect freeing you from iva almost at once.payplan where the first to do it and now a few others are following with the exception of gt.
does away with all this waiting for years.
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

Rumour has it that GT are on the same track to get this done --- we have only seen this mentioned in emails to a few GT clients and are yet to have any official announcement from GT ( if we ever do).
