Compensation awarded against a payday loan company. Do I have to pay it into IVA ?

Complained early this year against a payday loan company about irresponsible lending from 3-4 years ago, today got offered £6000 compensation, now a month ago i entered into a iva arrangement agreed and now running, this payday company there is no debt so do i have to declare and pay this compensation in? After all this was a long running complaint before my iva

Yes, it is a windfall and payable to your creditors. The timing is of little relevance.
