Just a quick question.....Is it ok for me to become an authorised cheques signatory for my employer whilst im in my IVA? Do they need to know? I would rather not tell them.

Thanks

No problems with that and you do not have to tell them.
Your NOT a criminal Ruby and it,s good to see that your company obviously thinks very highly of you.

As someone who has proposed and IVA which creditors have accepted, you are a very responsible person who can be completely trusted with the company's accounts Ruby - and there is absolutely no need to tell your employers of your IVA which is a private agreement between you and your creditors.
