Hello, i am wanting to claim some money from somebody who has arranged an IVA. I have started with court proceedings and I would like to know if its possible to get money owed from someone in this position before I go further?

You will need to submit a claim to the IVA Supervisor if the IVA has been accepted. Were you listed as a creditor and did you receive a copy of the proposals and notice of the creditors meeting?
Once the IVA is in place you will not be able to continue with your Court action.
