chuchwood Financial also told us our monthly payment would be £210 per month this is rather less than the £395 first payment before the first meeting with creditors

Ouch.

You do really need to ascertain whether this would be refundable in the case of rejection, and also whether it would be included in your IVA, ie not another 60 months on top of the 395, in the case of acceptance.

Is it not too late to pull out from Churchwood if you are having doubts?

Going with another IP might cause an initial delay, but you are going to be saddled with these guys for years if (as we hope) your proposal is accepted.

Why not give Mike (size5) a ring - he's a very helpful guy and I speak from experience.

As I mentioned in a previous post - I would definitely seek advice from a further IP before making up your mind.

hey co1
sore loser is spot on. if for any reason you are unsure whether these guys are for you have a look on www.iva.com and perhaps seek guidance from one or two other companies just to rest your mind
as sore loser states you are likely to be with this company for the next 5 years and need to feel happy dealing with them for that length of time.
if you need anymore help please post
