Not to sure about this but i completed my IVA in May this year and checking my credit report on callcredit it says that some of my debts were defaulted after the start of my IVA does this mean i can write to my creditors and ask them to alter the dates also some of them show as satisfied and some of them still show as being in default some advice would be very much appreciated on this.

Yes you should write to your creditors asking them to correct the data they have recorded against you. correcting Default dates to the date IVA accepted.

Hi - when our IVA concluded i wrote to all creditors with a copy of our certificate of completion and requested that firstly satisfied our agreements and also removed any defaults listed after the date of the IVA agreement - it took about a month but all did do it.
