Mmmmmm, Northern Rock are have sent me a court date for a charging order on my house.

The house is in negative equity to about £30,000 and was repossessed by Northern Rock on 1 August and we are both bankrupt!!!!!! Doh!

Lack of communication perhaps?????

Contact your OR about this as if Northern Rock are unsecured they should have been included in the bankruptcy which will protect you from this.

phew, I rang OR office, they said this cannot go ahead as we are both bankrupt and the debt was included! All creditors have been informed of bankruptcy so not sure why they are "charging" ahead with this[:D]
