That's great news about your F&F, well done :)
Sorry to hear about your surgery but am sure it will all go fine and you'll be back to normal in no time.
I've got on fine with budgeting over this last year, actually makes you really think about what you are buying too. Also most of my spare cash seems to have gone on repairing my car! Am thinking of scraping it now and trying to do without. I've just paid out £140 today on 2 new tyres and then went to pick it up and it wouldn't start! Mechanic came out to check it and looks like there is no fuel getting to the engine! arghhhhh so i've left it there again. So dreading the call tomorrow to find out the damage! But if its more than £250 to repair, it'll have to stay there till payday as i have no more money till then! But never mind! Before the IVA, I would have had no money to fix it at all anyway.
Hope you can enjoy a glass of wine tonight now your F&F has been approved :)
Susie

Virgin do credit check and report to Equifax.

You may be OK though as I hear they just check to make sure you are who you say you are and reside at the address you give.

Worth a go, but it's not all greener on the other side, Vigin do go down from time to time at least around our area.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

Yes, we changed from Sky to Virgin. We failed the credit check but the guy came round to the house and everything was fine.
7 year IVA completed in December 2016 - there is light at the end of that tunnel

Good luck with the changeover. I'm with Sky as we don't have the choice of cable in this area. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

We took Virgin during our IVA. The application was referred but no problems, we just had to pay a month in advance.
It's been a long road getting from there to here but it's been worth it!

We changed from Sky to Virgin last year - our application was referred too, but they came straight back and we were accepted. Month in advance is standard billing...
