Hi just to let you all know i had the chairmains report today for myself and husband.

Votes for me 100%
votes for oh 67%
and based on this neither went through still waiting to hear from ip on wether i can do 1 on my own.

Awww, so close, such a shame, not suprised at you being fed up.

What doesnt kill us makes us stronger, dont you just want to murder the person who wrote that? that would show him.

Anyway, just trying to cheer you up, sorry I cant have any answers but hang in there, thoughts are with you.

is this the end or has the IP said they will negotiate for you???

Well had a letter to say sorry it failed and if they owe any money it will be refunded
But i have asked if i can do 1 on my own and oh do a debt management waiting for someone to get back to me

OK - I now remember the post, and undertstand Black Horse's criteria. Why can't you just do the IVA on your own?
