Will do. THe hard bit is getting us all together, after that it is relatively plain sailing. Guess that is the way that CF would like to operate; divide and rule lol. Oh yes, forgot to say but don't care any more, I was Ivamess in my former life and believe me once I get hold of a project/interest I NEVER let it go.

Please count me in. Enough is enough and I will do anything I can to help. Nobody deserves the stress and worry they are putting us through. Thank goodness for you guys.

If 2 little people can beat Maccy D's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McLibel_case)then surely together we can do this. We all have different abilities and talents and if we put them together we can do what we need to do.

I'm in. I am Grimswold's partner (formally Ivamess). I feel let down and helpless by this situation. Having my IVA moved between companies and ending up with CreditFix is turning out to be the start of a ... year nightmare.

I'd be happy to share my mobile number for a WhatsApp group if that's something everyone is interested in

FFS!!! Thats disgusting. I have email from Mel stating a savings account is acceptable in iva and i will stick to that. Im up for whatever plan there is and contact you need. I have facebook so can do invite only private group. This is totally out of order. Theyre trying to take whats rightfully ours. Notice its from Greg and not our IP again.

I know I'm new to the board but happy to be involved and happy for someone to contact me to check up on who I am.

I've already taken seperate action.

Fyi you should read the Scottish trust deed forum. They seem to be having better luck but credit fix did exactly the same as here and created a presence with Greg.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Until Creditfix actually attempt to seize someone's squirreled away "savings" that originate purely from allowances or their share of overtime/bonus isn't it all a bit theoretical?
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!

Problem is that they find it easy enough to make these statements so will be easy enough to force it.

The fact that it even seems to be being talked about by them is bad enough and needs dealing with.

These things have to be nipped in the bud. Also I won't take anything that anyone at CF says as being correct, I'll assume they're wrong - or lying - and work from there.

There is an option in your profile that allows members to email you. If you click on profile and it is the second item just below email.
