Recovering..I know how you feel - I live alone, and no one knows about my iva - and I'd like to keep it that way!
This is the only place I can be honest about my finances, as well as having an IP I had confidence in...now I feel very much alone in all this mess

Where in our set up paperwork does it state we cannot have savings accounts??????? they can't just pluck sentences out of the air and make them t&c's!!!! bearing in mind I had to send them the top copy of my chairmans report to show how my payments worked how they can come out with this is beyond me? the have obviously not read our T&C'S So therefore are clueless on what is in them

Grimswold create an email address and we can all personally email you our personal email address or I'm happy giving out my Mobile number (WhatsApp) to keep everyone in the loop.... And the reason I'm happy doing my mobile number is that "caller ID" was the best invention. If it's a blocked call it gets dumped to voice mail

ooooo sorry Creditors pre IVA

Loved Money, Hate Credit, Road to Recovery.... IVA started 3/3/14 -- IVA F&F accepted 18/5/17

Just need to make sure no newly registered profiles get in touch, in case they're not who they say they are.. we all know who's been posting on the creditfix posts, so we should be able to spot anything that doesn't ring true.

I have been reading these events over the last few days and feel very sorry for many of you, having gone from one of the best IP's (Mel) to what appears to be one of the worst companies around.
From looking at their Credit Number and other companies it is connected with, one is EIC.
Is this the EIC that was trying to charge around 40% to reclaim the PPI for clients of a connected IP or at least was run from the same address.
Have they now changed tack and trying to get as much money as possible via dodgy tactics as IVA providers direct now.
The way they are going they will not pick up any new clients at all unless they buy up the books of other IP's. Definately they are giving the IVA industry a bad name.
Good luck to all and I will keep fingers crossed for you all.

Yes Grimswold please count me in, this whole situation is quietly frankly ridiculous with CF, my anxiety and stress levels since transferring to CF have gone through the roof, by sticking together hopefully we can do something about this,

Hi guys, covering my backside at the moment and hoping that I have a plan. Would LOVE so much to speak with you and choc I agree and have thought of that so anyone with a new profile, sorry, but cannot include you. If all works out and you don't work for CF then be happy
This bunch of shysters need stopping in their tracks and hopefully we can get together to stop them.
