At the end of the day it is better to be pro-active and to take the lead. Ultimately these are your IVA's and the ton of bricks for not doing anything will drop on you, not the IP, come the end.

My thoughts exactly Foggy. We know when our review is due. We are living it after all. If we miss the review I somehow dont think 'Creditfix never contacted us' will be a good enough excuse and I fear the B word will be thrown around. Id rather instigate it, get it sent off when expected then any delay is inbtheir hands as Ive stuck to my part of the agreement. If they take months to complete reviews thats down to them to explain. If cant handle the workload they shouldnt have tsken so much on. I do wonder if theyre getting so many F&Fs done to reduce the pile!!! Great for clients who can do that!!! Wish we were able too!!!
PJG routinely went past the review date and took the 2 month extra.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
PJG always contacted me at least 2 months before! I HAVE contacted Creditfix at least 5 times about my review I am not sure what else I can do? I am trying to fulfil my side of the contract!
I was with Melanie and they always sent me my review paperwork in plenty of time. I do know it's 'our' IVA but surely the money they gain from these a little onus on things can lie with them sometimes.
Good that you're all proactive though in chasing them but I do fear for the ones as I said earlier who don't.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
They always sent the review paperwork 6 weeks before the official anniversary for us - but routinely the actual review would take 4-8 weeks after that date.

I am trying to use the PJG I&E to try and prompt Creditfix but I can't put whether my income has changed because Mel's team used to average it I have no idea how [:(]

As usual it's not straightforward!
My employer sold in May so my new payslip only show my salary from then
My last payslip from previous employer shows all outstanding holiday pay from previous year that was paid when he sold
I was always allowed to keep this instaed of uplifting under 10/50/50 clause
Pjg & Creditfix have copies of every payslip as I always had to confirm if an uplift was due
From memory I never filled that info in for PJG they did
I am a bit anxious about the review as when I sent the first uplift to Creditfix they had no idea why I was sending extra money
I had to read the front page summary of last years review to them and send a photo of it
PJG would always confirm the uplift was correct or if one wasn't due, all I get from Creditfix is I will add a note to your file
I have a quite low basic salary plus a bonus which fluctuates wildly (turnover) so I don't think they used the whole amount as an average? as I have no guarantee of earning anywhere near the previous year (if that makes sense ) I am hoping they do the same as everyone else and say no changes
I just get the feeling they haven't grasped what Mel had set up
I have had no uplift due for 4 months now in fact I have earned nowhere near the threshold
Wow,sent all documents and I&E yesterday afternoon for our annual review. Just received an email confirming our payments will remain the same. Am thinking this is all a bit quick and it may come back to bite us in the bum but am pleased with Credit fix for this speedy turnaround as we were getting quite anxious.Am going to try and relax now until the next review (is that possible?)
